# How to Cook:

01 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook, breaking up with a spatula, until well browned and cooked through, around 5 to 6 minutes. Drain any excess fat as necessary.
02 - Push beef to one side of the skillet. Add diced onion, minced garlic, and red bell pepper. Sauté for 3 to 4 minutes until vegetables begin to soften.
03 - Stir cauliflower florets into mixture, combining all ingredients evenly.
04 - Sprinkle oregano, basil, crushed red pepper flakes if desired, salt, and black pepper over contents. Mix thoroughly to distribute seasonings.
05 - Add drained diced tomatoes. Stir and cover skillet. Reduce heat to medium and cook for 10 to 12 minutes, occasionally stirring, until cauliflower achieves tenderness.
06 - Remove lid and evenly distribute mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top. Cover again and cook for 2 to 3 minutes, or until cheese is fully melted.
07 - Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
